By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").
The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Scotland, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
Purchase is necessary for entry. Please retain your original itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

Promotion Dates:

Purchase and enter between 00:01 BST on 21st May 2025 and 23:59 BST on 17th June 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter:

Purchase a participating product of Brutal Fruit (the “Participating Products”) listed in clause 6 above from a participating Morrisons store.

Enter your full name, mobile number and email address to be entered into the Prize Draw for the chance to win.
All valid entries within the Promotion Period will be entered into the Prize Draw at the close of the promotion.
Entries are limited to one per person per day. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize per person. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid.

Prize Draw Winner Selection:

One Prize Draw will be held within 1 working day of the close date of the Promotion.
The Prize Draw winner will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw.
The Prize Draw winner will be contacted via phone call using the mobile number they submitted upon entry, within 2 days of the Draw. If the winner does not respond or pick up within 2 days of the telephone call their prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected by the same process as set out above at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. A maximum of 3 reserves will be contacted if the prize remains unclaimed.

Prize:

1 x 3-night trip to Paris for 2 people. The Prize includes:
1. 1 x 3-night trip to Paris for themselves and one guest.
2. Transport, accommodation and meals.
3. 2 x places at the Pink Table, Brutal Fruit’s own event. Further details will be communicated to the winner at the time of their win notification.
4. The trip will take place Friday, 3rd October 2025 – Monday, 6th October 2025

Trip Terms and Conditions:

The Prize will consist of an 4-day, 3-night trip for the winner and their guest and the Prize will be arranged by email/ phone between the Prize fulfilment agency and the Winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Winner with details of the Prize and an itinerary at the earliest possible opportunity. The Prize fulfilment agency will liaise with the Winner via telephone conversation initially to discuss the dates and all other elements of the trip that need to be arranged. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
The trip must be taken on Friday, 3rd October 2025 and the winner and their guest must be available to travel on the specified dates.
The winner will be required to provide the name and details of their guest during the Winner Notification process. Their guest must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
The Winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. In the event that the Winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.
The Prize will be forfeited if:
1. the Winner or their guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
2. the Winner or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, the relevant trip destination; or
3. the Winner or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.

It is the responsibility of the Winner and their guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the relevant trip destination country.
Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed during winner communications. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability.
Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.
It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
The Winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.
Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).
The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest in connection with the use of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

General:

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
The surname and county of the Prize Draw winner will be available upon request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Brutal Fruit Morrisons Pink Table (8551), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP22 9HR within three months of the Close Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by writing to Brutal Fruit Morrisons Pink Table (8551), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP22 9HR. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
Any persons or households attempting to enter more than once per day by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.
Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.
The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy   and the Promotion Privacy Policy.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
